JJ’s & Sons Pizza

So, what is Buffalo, NY style pizza you say? Well, it has a thicker crust and more cheese than its big brother from across the state. Conveyor pizza ovens are a no-no…only 500-degree deck ovens will do the style justice. The sauce is a little sweet and the signature topping is a small pepperoni called ‘cup-and-char’ in Buffalo (we call it our signature spicy pepperoni) that curls on the edges when baked allowing little pools of juicy goodness to form in each one. This combination of a Buffalo-style crust, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni (and maybe some JJ’s wings to go with it) is pure heaven.
