JJ’s & Sons Famous Bleu Cheese

JJ’s Bleu Cheese dressing has become somewhat of a phenomenon in Cumberland. We used to only have 2 oz cups, then we added 4 oz, and now JJ’s Fans buy it in pints (that’s 16 ounces for Millennials). We can guarantee that you’ve never had bleu cheese like ours anywhere else. Since we created the recipe in the 80’s JJ’s team members have been sworn to secrecy, but since you’re here, I’ll give it to you. The trick is to start with really good bleu cheese crumbles, add some…no, I’m not going to spill the JJ’s secret ingredients. But you can go to JJ’s to buy a pint of our Famous Bleu Cheese and, while you’re enjoying it, try to unlock the secret yourself 🙂
